      I work on internal research and development projects, including Aura, Egomnia's AI coding agent. Alongside R&D, I work on client projects as a full-stack engineer.

   2. Software Engineer & Service Delivery Manager @ Ericsson Italy

      As a Software Engineer and Service Delivery Manager, I oversaw daily operations, coordinated cross-vendor teams, and ensured seamless service performance. I managed shift planning, onboarding processes, and technical escalations while maintaining continuous alignment between stakeholders. I also led reporting, KPI tracking, and workflow optimization, implementing structured processes and automation to improve efficiency and service quality. In addition, I designed and developed the internal platform used by the EHC team for daily operations.
